Course designers are always searching for ways to improve their classes. One of the best strategies is to be attentive to students.

But the problem is that your students will not ever let you know what's happening in your course. They'll drop out, cancel their membership, or finish the class and then disappear however you'll never be able to be able to know what's happening.

Monitoring the online course's metrics can help you understand what students think about the course and how you can work in order to improve the quality of your course.
