As I was researching Soosh in order to start this piece correctly, I discovered her videos. If you've ever seen her work, then you'll realize it's as if a magical fairytale was reborn. With her voice as a part of stories, she can make an all-encompassing experience by bringing the fairytale characters of her work to life. Keep reading but make sure that you visit the YouTube channel to sip some hot tea. Get ready to enjoy a fairytale-themed night.

We asked Soosh about her secret for capturing those small moments of everyday life in her artwork

"Hello, I'm Soosh. I was born and raised by people. I do not identify myself with any country, nationality, religion or any other. I am spending my life looking at people, myself and others as I delve into the specifics of every aspect. This is a difficult path. I didn't choose it intentionally however, I'm doing it. When it comes to conventional art education, I have none whatsoever.

While I'm aware there are various styles of drawing and painting that can be described as styles, I've never really given an ounce of thought about what sort of style my drawings could qualify as. If I would try to come up with a word to define the style, I would say it's a "fairytale realistic" style. But speaking frankly, no style.

The key for me, as I see it, is to see through your heart as you can with your eyes. It may take some practice to be able to see the little aspects, as with every other skill. You need to become silent for a few minutes and be completely present in your present. Be attentive. Be attentive, and not hurry.

My interest has been always individuals. Their facial expressions, their mimics, their gestures, their actions of kindness and their weaknesses - all of it's so intriguing and fascinating to me. After that, it's the matter of some pencils, as well as a watercolour pen to dig into and create those daily pictures printed on paper."
