We made a place for you to post information (without even having a website!) as we introduced the native tool for email newsletters ("Posts") last Oct. We've now made Posts the place you can create and nurture an online community for your posts with the addition of Comments and Likes.

Your users can participate as they would on other popular platforms by liking posts and commenting, as well as posting their own comments in addition to editing or deleting them.

It is possible to turn off, enable, or lock these options at any point giving you complete control over your experience in the community.

Check out which Posts resonate and moderate your community

As an admin, you are able to view every published Post when you're logged into your dashboard as well as comment on it and edit inappropriate ones. Also, you can keep track of the engagement levels of every Post, and then sort them by the most comments and likes to help inform the future Post subjects.

Keep members coming returning for more, with updates

People are more active whenever they feel the community is alive and they'll be informed of the latest likes to their comments if they have an open Post within their browser. It is not available to members as a default (and it's not supported for users on iOS as well as Chrome for Android) however they are able to activate it on the Posts pages.
