Louise Cherry Barber: Jon I would like to congratulate you on winning our Springie award. This is much overdue. So hopefully you were somewhat surprised when we announced it.

Jon Tewes:Absolutely amused. You know, what we have in a team -that is our PSI team. It's one among the best group of individuals I've worked with, and to listen to what they said about what I do was extremely touching. Yet, just as quickly these exact words could be reversed to be directed towards each of them. All of us have each others backs. And anything that any individual of us does, we all take credit for as a team, and good or bad. If something doesn't go as planned and something goes wrong, we'll all join forces to fix the issue. So I couldn't have done it without those guys. They are very important to me, and, I mean greater than the award absolutely. But the award definitely felt wonderful to be awarded.

Louise Cherry Barber: This is awesome. It was truly amazing as an observer to hear the team members have the opportunity to meet sharing stories of your experience. It's also great to hear what the importance of your team members is to you and to your experience in this place. If you consider your experience with the Springie Award, and living by the principles of Making a Difference seeking to understand and acting with urgency, what advice do you offer to people who- you know, you've been here for almost nine years. How can you what do you do to live these values? What are the best ways to make them real?

Jon Tewes:You know, I've been involved in a variety of businesses with different values. and the values we've got at the moment closely reflect my basic values. So not living them seems strange to me. This isn't a conscious decision to do, but something I try to accomplish. This is how I view everyday life. Being a positive influence, knowing that you must be adamant about what you're doing are our essential principles, which are the basis of my work every day. It's true that we work directly with sellers who are getting on board. It's about empathizing with them, working with them to really know what the issue is to find a answer quickly and offer them the very best service to sell is my way of living my daily life. It's really nice to are a business that is like the way I do things, so I don't even be required to do anything.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's simple to forget about it when it's an integral part of the person you are. In reflecting on your experiences here, what have been your most satisfying elements of your life ?

Jon Tewes:Well, as you know, I've been with you for a long time. But at the base of my being, I'm pumped to do my work You know, and why is that? Well, you know, I've mentioned before the individuals and the ones I work with, it's best in class. And the platform that we offer, as a market of merchants of record is a leader, and I have the privilege of working with those amazing people in shaping the future of . That's why I'm still here.
