A footer on a web webpage is the part at the bottom of a page, which contains the most important information to users. The footer usually appears uniform across the website and provides an unchanging location for visitors to come at the bottom of the scroll. Imagine them as the most efficient supporting character for your site. If you're not sure that they're the main focus of your website but you can't run your website with out the footer. It includes everything that visitors could need, including contact information along with hyperlinks to the most important web websites.
It's possible that some people don't scroll down the page to look at the footer. However, research shows contrary. Chartbeat and Chartbeat along with Nielsen Norman Group showing that users scrolling to the bottom of a page tend to be at the end of a page than the highest point.
This is why footnotes in footers do not count as footnotes. How do make the most of your footers? That's what you must be aware of.
