Every artist deserves to have websites that reflect the vision and beauty of their art. When Vermont-based ceramic artist Brielle Macbeth Rovito launched her own website as well as online store Dust and Form She knew she needed an ecommerce website platform that could give her total control over the way she displayed and sold her work sculpted by her.

"I have looked at other hosting platforms," Brielle told , "and, every time, woos me again--both in user-friendliness and built-in tools that help effortlessly translate my idea of Dust and Form."

Find out more about the way Brielle brought her ceramics business to life by creating an e-commerce site that reflects her distinctive creative vision and keeps the online shop running seamlessly.

Transform your vision of art into an ecommerce website

In the year 2019, Brielle was ready to redesign and relaunch her online store "with a new body of work that, at the time, felt very close to her personal."

"I wanted to share my work with people beyond what I had, but with a manner that was at the core of my work" Brielle told . "By making an online catalog that made it easier to purchase and better communication with those who are ordering."

Building her online store on is helping Brielle keep control of her ideas for Dust as well as Form. Importantly, it is how her artworks are merchandised and sold. Her philosophy of web design boils down to "simplicity, but not simple."

Make sure you use high-quality website images

What's the key element to making a website that can bring any artist's work to reality?

"Imagery," Brielle says. "It's mostly about images."

It's exactly the way Brielle followed when she was building Dust and Form. "If possible, employ others to help you," she says. "I am finding that having good people who are in my corner is crucial to receive real feedback and assistance in regards to what my business can do online."

The "design and the overall concept" of Brielle's site was brought to life through "the amazing creatives of Bodega Ltd., and the stylists and photographers I was able to work with , who gave such a vibrant life to my pieces."

"The natural and unhindered surfaces of my ceramics are an integral component of the soft and tranquil designs I strive to make," says Brielle. That same unhindered artistic vision is embodied by the aesthetics and images of her site.
