Jon Kung wasn't planning to make a name for himself in the world of social media. Initially it was not even their intention to have a career in the field of food. Chef and creator was a theater student and studied creative writing while in undergrad prior to attending law school.
"It was ultimately about what I believed I was," they say. "I was in a crossroads, between a legal career and one that was in food, and while I had every instinct to take the 'safe' route, the pull of service in food and the joy I had in doing my job was too powerful to ignore."
