Did you know that a pandemic could become a part of our life? 2020 is now part of the past, and frankly, I'm glad that we have left behind.

But, looking back and reviewing our progress is an important step as we plan for the future.

We'll be doing that today.

Also, a big "thank you" goes to all of our readers, followers as well as anyone who interacts with us through our various channels. It's a cliche - I know - but it's true: we couldn't be here today without your assistance and comments.

In 2020, saw the most impressive 75% rise in revenues. For some perspective at the close of last year, our revenue from recurring sales was approximately 39 times what they had been at time of 2015.

The growth in revenue tells just a fraction of the (great) tale here. Our client base, in fact, has been growing by 84% when compared to the previous year! October was by far our busiest month for 2020, in terms of the number of new customers we signed up.

Expanding Team Doesn't Quit (Up by 57 percentage)

What was the number of people working at in 2020? Before I tell you that, I'd would like to take the time to thank our HR departments for their work which allows everyone in the company to work with highly skilled experts.

We started the year in 2020 with 96 and we closed in the calendar year having 151 team members (aka the nians), which means a 57% increase in a single year. Our busiest month for hiring new employees was March when we added 13 people to the team. This was followed by the month of August, which had 11 members and in December we added 10.

For marketing, we've grown our team to 15 incredible people who aid in crafting and delivering our campaigns, content and message of brand across every channel we have.

For the sale part of the business The Sales side is now open 24 hours a day for sellers across North America, as well as EMEA, and APAC regions. We're now available in six different language options (English, French, Spanish, German, Dutch, Japanese). Not to mention In 2020, we added the ability to live chat through our sales page.
