Not Making Enough Money as Coach? Here's How to Fix It.

It is a pain for me to see that coaches don't get paid properly for the work they do.

Coaches are doing phenomenal work helping others remain healthy and fit build amazing relationships, develop amazing businesses, create wealth, and so much more.

Coaches help people get out of pain and achieve the goals of their hearts.

You can also be considered the greatest coach but not be paid what you're worth, if you don't get a few things right.

It's frustrating when you know you're doing incredible work when you look around and see people far less skilled, less dedicated than you are who are earning so much money.

Let's fix that!

This is exactly what I'm planning to achieve in this blog post.

The root of the issue lies in the following elements:

Too little charging

Too much or doing only one-on-one coaching

You're doing too much for your clients

Selling courses only

When you are charging too little, you'll never make the money you want.

Coaches are hesitant to charge more since they equate their fees to their self-worth instead of to the value they provide for their customers.

The amount you charge should be proportional to the amount you charge in exchange for your time and work.

The issue with one-on-one coaching is that it doesn't grow with the player.

With each client you sign up, you have to spend more time on them and, as you've guessed, the time you have is limited. You only have the time of your life for 24 hours.

This is why it's important to join a group coaching program If you're not currently.

The group coaching program is scaled. Your workload doesn't increase in any way, or only increases modestly for each client you add.

It's the same if you're performing too much work on behalf of your customers. It is important to organize things in a way where your customers are accountable for doing more of the tasks themselves. You give them the Frameworks and Templates that make it easier for them to complete the task.

Inconsistent leads flow is a matter of having the proper systems in place that can bring you Dream Clients every day, and you'll get new clients each week.

If your sole focus is selling courses only then it can be a challenge to earn consistent revenue.

They have a lower real and perceived value than coaching classes, which are where they can assist people with coaching. This is and the "home research" nature of courses.

If you do not already have a coaching system then a group coaching program is the obvious next step to consider adding.

They are the elements that have a bearing on.

This method of thinking helps the process of earning enough money much more simple.
