We've introduced a new API, called Offers which allows customers to provide discounts for cross-sells, upsells and other offers to customers at each customer contact.

Tax Exemptions Updates, and Digital Invoicing

Users are now able to add a tax exemption ID on the quotations they create in the app as well as via using an API for quotations. This change applies to all supported countries where tax collection takes place.

Revisions to the zip code requirement for North America

In the USA as well as Canada people who live in both countries must fill in postal codes or zip codes, respectively. This enables us to check specific tax exemption numbers during the process of creating quotations. This applies to quotes made by end-customers or quotes created by customers who are not end-customers.

     Support for extended tax exemption on orders coming from Japan    

Customers who sell in Japan can now use a JCT tax ID when conducting B2B transactions. Customers can get the lowest price of 0% and declare taxes directly in back-to-back accounting.
