Offers API Release
We've launched a new API for Offers which allows customers to surface upsell, cross-sell additional offers, add-ons and other offers to prospective buyers at each customer interaction.
Tax Exemption Updates in Digital Invoicing
The App now allows users to attach a tax-exempt ID to any quote created in the App and from through the Quotes API. The change is applicable to all countries that support it and collects taxes.
Refreshed Zip Coding Requirements in North America
In the USA and Canada, users will now have to enter zip or postal codes respectively. This will allow us to verify more precisely tax exemption numbers at the time when creating quotes. This applies to user generated quotes and also quotes created by users who are end-customers.
Expanded support for tax exemption on orders originated from Japan
Customers who sell in Japan can now input the JCT tax ID when conducting B2B transactions and receive the lowest rate of 0% and report the tax directly under the reverse-change accounting.
