An overview of all the recent new features and improvements

This has been an extremely active summer for us here at our virtual headquarters! The past couple of months we've added a number of brand new engineers, designers and support staff to serve you better and to build out all the features and tools that you require to succeed.

Don't hesitate to read some of the methods we've tried to improve your experience.

Live classes with Zoom

This is one of the most frequently requested features and one that we're excited to share!

Furthermore, all your reports is consolidated into the same location, giving you an overall view of your students' progress and completion rates.

Engage with students using Intercom

Highways.io). Intercom is a chat online service that lets you communicate directly with your website's customers and visitors.

A Better User Experience

We recognize that features can only be as useful as your ability to use them! Our goal is to ensure that your experience is smooth and the products easier to utilize. This has been accomplished by making several important adjustments:

1. A better Site Builder

In addition to the classes Site Builder allows you can create individual pages that promote your class or provide exclusive content only for customers only.

• You can now begin to edit your website directly from the live view. Click on the section you want and jump right into.

• Choosing a destination for your buttons for landing pages is now much more clear and simpler.
• Now you can reorder your custom fields for your sign-up application.
       The custom fields allow you to gather crucial information about your customers as they sign-up. When you first entered all the fields required on the form, you were unable to move them around without losing any information. You can now move and drop the fields whenever you want!

2. A clearer picture of what students will see

The preview function has been enhanced to make it easier for your to see your courses as a student's view. Now you have three options of viewing the course

• View the current lesson that shows the current lesson from the course builder. If the lesson is a draft that is not yet complete, you'll have the possibility of looking for it and check it out.
• View all lessons in the course The preview shows all your lessons starting with the very first lesson within the class. If any lessons are in draft students will be able to view lessons for the purpose of testing.
• Course preview as an enrolled student The preview course will show all your lessons starting at the beginning of your first lesson in the course. Much like how a student might experience the course if any lessons are written in draft, you will not have access to those lessons!

3. New Question & Survey Reporting by Student

Many creators choose to use assessments that incorporate quizzes, Assignments and surveys. It was not easy to track down every single assessment of one student.

There's now a "Quiz & Survey" tab within each student's profile. Here you can look at the results of an individual for all courses they're in. You can now:

• See all Quizzes and Surveys that your student completed
• Review the results of each test.
• Download a CSV of every individual response

4. Improved Coupon Management

Coupons are a reliable and flexible tool that allows you to offer special discounts or create B2B deals that charge a one-time fee for everyone with the intention of distributing 100% discount coupons that can be used for redemption.

We made a few small adjustments to make the process of using and managing coupons even more straightforward:

• You can make use of the search bar to locate specific coupon codes
• Now you can see all the remaining coupons all in one helpful table
