"I was raised and born in Southern Vermont," starts Max Mackson of Maximilian Mackson, LLC. I was a student at my house throughout my senior year of high school. I was able to explore computer technologies. I was able to learn HTML, CSS, and JavaScript which are three languages that are web-based. After this, I began exploring different initiatives."

When I was in teens, Max joined a play group. "I was instructed on how to be a professional. The instruction was given by an exceptionally disciplined boss, that I am extremely happy to have accomplished as I was taught by his examples of being punctual. Make sure you are punctual," he adds. Max's first IT job experience started around this time. "Between my sophomore and junior years in high school I was hired by an organization in the town, which was situated in the town. The job was only for 2 days. Every week, I added modifications to their site. It was God terrible! It was a bizarre app from another third-party that took 30 minutes to complete. which WordPress could have completed in less than two minutes." He explains.

Meeting people face-to-face to resolve problems with technology certainly helped, according to the engineer. "I'm committed to strengthening the relationships I have with my colleagues. I can get lots of value through my contacts. The country club was located at the house, everyone was responsible for the club. In the event that the printer was not working it was me who was accountable for the movement across the area. The kitchen was bustling hot and my colleagues were all over the place . It was like being "in in the moment" in the present moment!"

Max was thrilled to observe personally the effects of his work to improve relationships between humans and technology. "When I was working with my colleagues with me, I'd tell them I'd downloaded an upgrade to the personal machine I use.' Next thing I'd take is for them to consider whether this update could prove beneficial to them or leave them at a loss. It's interesting to look at different perspectives and observe how people's reactions on technological advances are different. Many IT experts will say, "Oh, this is an outdated technology and it's developing," which is a frustrating experience for me. I love working alongside IT experts from other departments."

Max realized that a deep understanding of technology could enhance peoples' lives. While in the middle of country clubs the reason for his aversion to printers started to surface "They do not perform as well whenever you're in need of them!" He laughs. The time he spent was dedicated to repairs to printers. Experience gained while working on equipment is helping him understand the basics of the system "I could redesign every system they had through the decades. I'll continue to work on similar programs that company is working on," he adds.

In terms of the academic formalities Max went to Champlain College located in the north of Vermont however the college taught him with a distinct program instead of the traditional educational program. "I was one of 12 IT majors. It's fascinating to look back to the time I was at college. I was informed by the institution where I was studying that they had plans to shut the college! The college took us to a place which said"Hey! You fellows! You'll be given the opportunity to finish your education. We won't however confer the academic diploma after the completion of the academic calendar!"

Max might be entering into the audio-visual world because of his theater experience. "That was the time for more adjustments to technology since each class was dependent upon computers which had electronic components along with the projection screen and projector display" Max says. "When problems arose, we were forced to enter rooms filled with students, and the students would stare at us. Then, we'd sit in tables, then turn off the display's brightness!"

"I went to college 2 years ago. I dropped out because I felt it was inefficient. The pace of change is so rapid on the web that after the course has been completed at the college, you'll realize that it's obsolete in the marketplace. Faculty members must do study and report their findings to their students. It can take an extended amount of time" Max adds.

Naturally, the pace of growth hasn't slowed although the pace has been rising with the goal and rate of higher education, which eventually led to Max starting his own business. Max's departure was due to the fact that his view of the future for his job was not as clear as the one he had at the school he attended: "They liked to say that the majority of their students are working straight out of college. That's amazing. They ensure that everyone is a member of the group. I love working with people but not for this. This didn't attract me."

Then, Max went out by himself to find the first person who would become the next customer. Max has now completed a online online learning course for which the instructor in charge of the program was looking for comments. Max declares: "I sent one in to assess my writing skills. Then I wrote "PS If you think you have skills that could be helpful for anyone else, please let me know'. He responded: "Well then, what are you currently working on?"

Max was looking over the website and wrote a bulleted listing of his suggestions: "No BS, just quick and simple" and Max could get an answer fast "Text me' and provide the contact number. "That was the way I found my desired job. And, Max is the ideal potential candidate for this job!" Max smiles.

Services and projects

"You have all the pieces of software you need for running your business but they're not talking to each other. The program is my responsibility to ensure that the program functions flawlessly," Max says. Max believes that this will result in better efficiency of systems, and could boost the growth rate of businesses while reducing power consumption and time. "I consider myself to be an integrator, as well as an engineer of systems. My parents have several acquaintances who refer to me as"the person who is IT!" He jokes.

Max Explains that the typical technology stack for a user could comprise 100 pieces of software. These can be divided into separate components. "You have to connect the components so that they're capable of communicating with each other and each. I started working with couple of clients to create websites. Following that, I began integration work in April 20th in 2021. One of my clients was looking to create an exclusive member community."

"It gets too big and slow. Additionally, it is challenging to navigate. The program is continually improved with additions of UI options that cause additional problems. There are many people who want software that will be able to last forever!"

The company's founder states that they are creating a simple and user-friendly interface for customers. "It's now in the early stages of development but I have certain ideas. It's expected to last 6 months, as I'm working as a solo entrepreneur the majority of the time. I'm not a fan of being part of an agency. It's a great way to help undiscovered developers who are in a closet! I'm not fond of working in such a setting and prefer to work with a single person."
