Wonder Jam Wonder Jam Wonder Jam is "a brand family that helps entrepreneurs to grow by implementing a strategy which is clever, smart and full of life" according to the famous phrases that came from Daft Punk, harder, faster, stronger and more robust. One of these brand names, Wonderly develops websites, visual branding assets and Membership software that helps its clients "set themselves apart from other brands". I spoke with director of the company Allie Lehman and developer Matt Hart for further details.

Fine art work and artwork that is freelance with the liberty of

"My background is in the field of fine and graphic arts, so I was in my early days doing lots of oil painting as well as drawing" starts Allie Lehman. "At high school, I was taught by an outstanding art teacher who, funny enough she suggested you could be an illustrator or graphic artist' but I was unsure which the terms meant! I decided to go with graphic design and then later went to college to study it."

Allie was a student during the downturn in 2009, and was a part of the Web Hosting support. "It was a bit challenging and I had to learn lots regarding hosting servers as well as how WordPress was setup and all associated with a site," she remembers. "In 2013 when I founded The Wonder Jam, now The Wonder Jam is our company's parent. I quit my position as a graphic designer and set up the company on a full-time basis."

She'd been working together with Matt Hart for a couple years prior to this. Matt Hart would create websites and she'd create the websites. From this point, they started working together frequently: "We've been working together for more than 10 years. It started when they were freelancers. The collaboration was a natural outcome. Now, the focus is on companies that offer services as well as developing WordPress websites." Allie adds.

Matt begins: "I do primarily WordPress development. This process was taught to me by me during the early 2010s. A lot of people who could join the WordPress world, were thinking"We'll need to implement CSS so that this theme has the proper colours', and the theme became very dull very quickly!" The man smiles. The moment web page builders such as Beaver Builder and Elementor came in, they could increase their flexibility "We were able to implement a customized approach which is depending on the needs of our clients, and we managed to please our customers in an innovative manner."

Since the start of their partnership, Allie and Matt have focused on "going custom in a way which is cost-effective" as Matt claims: "We do only what we think our customers would want, and don't make any the decisions that we don't think our clients would like. It is something our customers are worried about and do not want to look like a secret. They want to be confident. By using these tools, we can get there."

Allie says: "In 2013, I started The Wonder Jam with my partner after doing freelance work as an individual. We also were able to hire Matt for the company's Developer Contractor. We wanted to be part of our team. We wanted to make our own style, and we wanted the freedom." Wonder Jam was born. Wonder Jam was born.

Systems, soils and support

"We are located within Columbus, Ohio and it's the most welcoming and warm business community for any size," she continues. "Matt was the first to arrive in Seattle and we began working on local clients. We'd walk along the streets downtown and look at all of the companies we've worked with." The year 2020 is upon us. After seven year with The Wonder Jam and as they started to expand nationally, they made The Wonder Jam the parent company of the business with three brands which are affiliated with three brands.

Wonderly is a company that is service-oriented which focuses on chefs, authors, non-profits and fitness trainers. The company also operates a sister brand called Basis that is focused on businesses as well as people who offer products as a brand that is called Studio Wonder, an events location and photography studio in Columbus.

Three brands that allow for a great deal of creative flexibility: "It allows our team to concentrate on the objectives they'd want to achieve as well as to develop their own procedures that they follow," Allie says. "Because Matt and I started working together at the start, we have many years of process behind us. There are photos from the year 2017 of us using with whiteboards throughout the process to ensure that we are able to ensure that our clients feel completely and genuinely.

"The Wonder Jam operates as the "soil" to provide all the necessities for small-scale businesses to run its business. Then each sister brand can'sprout its products in different ways , and be as flexible whatever it likes with the opportunities that may arise. It allows all routes be clear and with none of the hiccups caused by things which can cause problems when operating as a two-person or solo business," Matt continues. "We are a collective of companies that are able to support one another."

In this case, for example that for example, Basis, for instance Basis brand is focused on Shopify as well as online shopping. But, every now and then the client wants to start blogging , and would like to provide an alternative to Shopify's products. Shopify gives. Thus, Wonderly will come in to assist the Basis customer with the steps that relate to WordPress. "We are able to assist and work together and work as an integral team, although everyone is able to concentrate on an area of focus which makes one feel good about themselves," he smiles.

"The Wonder Jam sits as an aid to. There is no one who has the sole say in deciding whom we will work with and how much revenue we will earn - it's up to the person who manages it," adds Allie. Brands have shared features of the software as well as the management system to manage projects , and also customer service. Management partners can to schedule a project and team members can take over the project and also handle all back-end administrative tasks like invoicing contracts, invoicing and many more.

"It can help people like Matt as well as me to be focused on what they do," Allie smiles. "I consider that we've set up optimal environment for employees to work in. The main goal is making sure clients have a pleasant experience. If they contact us via email and are happy with our timely responses and that they believe they are being guided through the entire process."

Matt declares: "We say we don't make things for you, but we design in partnership with you. We're not going to head off for a few days to create something for them. We regularly meet and demonstrate to our clients how we do things from the beginning to the end. It's a far cry from being in our crafting rooms creating things on our own!"

Contexts and Clients

Matt and Allie are working with a variety of organisations which require their website to be easily accessible for them in a variety of ways. "Some of our customers are non-profit organizations. These are very robust websites. They're extremely complex, or have been in existence for many years. The tendency is to combine and condense them to be simplified." Matt explains.

"We're also working with people who want to join websites for individuals in the food sector," Allie continues. Wonderly's clients tend to be people who do human-service-oriented work: "They're fighting for equality, they're looking to talk to their audience a little differently. Our clients tend to be those who've put a ton of effort, money and energy into their endeavor," she adds.

Wonder Jam Wonder Jam brands cooperate with every type of organization whether it's large-scale nonprofits or solo entrepreneurs who want to transition into full-time work after having a small venture. "We've tried to develop solutions that satisfy the requirements of both. We're exploring what scales function well and how to look at things differently considering that the scope of the process is drastically different. This will be an enjoyable experience to study!" Matt smiles.

The author states that "With nonprofit organizations, typically they've got an established structure and are able to figure out all of the legal obstacles they have to overcome. It's often feasible, as we're not trying to start from scratch." The group of individuals can change the perspective on the situation and determine the kind of situation that can trigger someone to make a donation, which makes the process of giving more straightforward.

At the beginning of the partnership, and in consultation with each client, regardless of the nature of business, the size of the site and the size of the website The Wonder Jam team discusses ways to offer customer service. "A Website can be a very effective tool for generating sales. They can also be extremely successful in getting customers to return as well as being an added benefit. This is the most frequently asked question: "Is this a resource or is it a way to make VIPs? These are the ones that are considered to be the most crucial clientele for small-scale firms," Allie explains.

Matt and Allie are both in agreement that web sites aren't a panacea to everyone, and that's why it's important to create the best course of. "Whenever we're creating one which is a member-based site, first thing we need to take into consideration is to encourage users to return and continue to check it out regularly and feel like it's giving them the most valuable experience they've had," Matt adds.

Investigating the case: Simi and Molly

Allie begins: "One of our clients, Simi Botic, has an exercise class, as well as involvement in Unmeasured which is all about moving your body, referred to as the Barre Method. Simi has such a compassionate perspective of "Just Move" and not seeking to make you feel like an inmate. There are many options, based on the flexibility and range of motion flexibility of the body."

At first, when Simi initially joined Wonderly there were just some videos available to select from. The videos could be rotated every week. "It helps things be more organized and allows Simi to match what's practical according to her own schedule" Allie confirms. "After approximately two or three years in operation, we have widened our membership and gave Simi the chance to offer the best service possible to customers. It's an awe-inspiring experience. We're happy to be able of changing our approach when clients' needs alter. We're just reassessing the designs, making minor changes and moving them onto the next phase of development."

Another user, Molly Baz, wanted to leave her current platform towards one that is more engaging and branded. "Her branding is fluid and unique to her. Her goal was to make people feel as if they were part of her, with her recipe updates, recipes as well as other information as well as the kind of content they're used to  and with a design that is authentic and unique to her personality," Allie explains.

According to reports, Molly's website presence is significant to her. "To have the ability to arrange it in the proper format and that's in line with her personal style, and changing the website's page to "Oh There's a photo of Molly Buy her cookbook', to something more substantial within and outside of the membership base. This is a great benefit," Allie muses.

"Something we've been trying to discuss with all of our customers is to think about how the future holds for way for them if we're not speaking with them regularly. We've ensured that they're equipped with the proper tools in place to use the software we've made specifically to the needs of our clients. Molly's experience is a wonderful example for this." Matt agrees.

Future projects as well as additional details

Matt and Allie have been working on web sites and businesses that require "a large quantity of accessibility" for the purpose of providing customers who have disabilities. They are disabled. "We're cooperating with truly amazing organisations that work to make these sites and their layouts approved by this particular group of clients."

Most of them believe that overall, they've had an excellent experience with the relationships they've built with their clients "It's wonderful to be working with these wonderful people. They're very compassionate, and are always appreciated and respected," Allie concludes. "We are fortunate to work with fascinating people whose values are the basis of their work. It's an amazing feeling to have the power to develop products that are for them," Matt smiles.
