Today , we've released the launch of a impressive new set of metrics and analytics experience that will help you tackle the tough questions you need to answer in order to improve your company, as well as delight data nerds and newbies alike.

Worry-free metrics tracking

When it comes to metrics, less is more. To make sense of the noise, we're tracking 5 key members-centric metrics, then showing these in an easy-to-understand manner that you are able to focus on membership growth and retention.

Worry-free metrics tracking

Here's what we're tracking: ( expanded / new)

  • Monthly recurring revenue is the essential metric to consider for the business of membership. It is the answer to the question: How much money could I anticipate to earn? Our metrics now clarify the reasons of the numbers (including LTV and ARPM).
  • Net revenue shows you the amount of the money you earned in the last month (minus refunds) as well as where the money originated from.
  • Members who pay lets you explore the amount of monthly members on your account- and the changes to that amount.
  • Churn indicates how much you've lost -- whether voluntary or not -- and also the total amount used to churn.
  • Trials will show you the number of members who have decided to renew their subscription even after their trial expires.

Review metrics from different plans

We've created a dedicated overview of each of the 5 metrics and given you an easy way to evaluate MRR, net revenue, Paying Members and Churn across five plans: Easily see which metrics are performing well, which ones don't or where you can double down.

Dig into the details

Simply click any number on the table, and we'll guide you to the related calendar month and display a list of data elements that comprise the entire number of data points. In the example above, if you were to add you added $1500 as new members to your MRR in June, you'll have the ability to view MRR, charted by each day of June, as well as the list of members who are related to you.
