Jo Franco

"JoClub is an abbreviation used that can be used to mean Journaling Club, but also is my name." Jo Franco begins. "When I started to write I became overwhelmed with ideas. Furthermore, my children were not a fan of my writing. Therefore, I chose to start writing."

"I didn't have a passport when I came into the world. It was for this reason that I needed to cover myself and speak Portuguese and also become at ease with English because of the fall" she wrote. "I learned a number of languages as I did not have the confidence to get noticed. But I was viewed as an snob because I was seen as an person. My appearance was distinct from my peers' appearance. My look was unusual in an age group of children. I possessed a quiet and peaceful manner of talking and the calm way to talk.

"Of Of course, I'm not in the right position to consider this in the present But does it not seem like exactly what occurred and the main problem is that it's not widely known? We all have this same approach."

It was an excellent present to Jo who Jo has written "I desire to feel more than a simple empathy with me. I was fortunate to be within a circumstance in which I could analyze the world objectively in a method. I jotted down all things that appeared negative and noticed positive improvements in my own life. Following that, I altered my writing style, and more than that, my thinking. It was possible to alter my thinking process and looked at my life in order to discover positive elements. It was crucial to consider things that made a positive influence to create positive memories that I could pass on to other people. This was the stage that I started to feel more positive. This worked for me."

Conscience of an event

When she was a student at University of Manhattan, Jo was overwhelmed by the number of people she needed to care for. Jo was able to find her own space within the journal she kept. "It was not a matter which region in America or whether I was outside of the United States or on a vacation, I could utilize this journal to connect with myself.

Jo found much-needed space in her journal

"My "why" lies in the conviction that I want to provide people with the same sense of "You're not alone" regardless of the circumstances that could cause a problem. You can also get help to improve and make a list of steps you've decided to take. Additionally, in writing about your experience and offering it to others who are around you, you could express gratitude to those who helped you with the idea. It's easy to incorporate the idea into your thoughts as well as to convey yourself with your own unique style."

"There's plenty of evidence from studies of research that confirm this assertion," she adds. "There have been research studies conducted in clinical settings that looked at the record of gratitude in treatments. Journalists who express gratitude in their journals feel happier."

"Give your mind some time to let it unwind. Take the burden off of your body. You can then write down your thoughts on the paper. As you write negative thoughts, you're in a position to breathe and think about the emotions that are affecting you and to process this with empathy. It is possible for emotions to make us go crazy. They're the basis of every aspect of our lives. They are the foundation of trust, and are the basis of charisma. When you make the initial move towards a career path it will give an opportunity to build fortune."

"Maybe you've been an athlete"

Jo certainly had plenty to say by the year 2020. Due to her YouTube channel, that has over one million viewers. Furthermore, she is able to earn money by traveling. "I was a fascinating person who lived a quiet intimate, private existence. On the other hand, I wrote. It was the way I attempted to get through my day. The journal I keep is the account of my daily activities. My journal can be described as "my journal."

The month of January of 2020, she was assigned the Netflix task to host The Most Amazing World Vacation Rentals. "It will be a shift away from YouTube to traditional ways of hosting. If you've ever been in a studio setting, you'll know that working on YouTube is often very long. If you're working in the studio for over 16 hours, and you're constantly being pressured to get up and do what you're supposed to perform, then it's not your day. When it's time to wake up, applying your make-up and having your hair put in a ponytail. You see lines appearing on your forehead, and you're considering "No it's not a prank to imagine that this might be an ideal time to lie down and allow yourself to breathe deeply"!"

The World's Most Amazing Vacation Rentals

In the event of a break between the activities, this may last for a longer time, Jo wrote. "Writing was an activity that I enjoyed immensely and that is the reason I decided to launch the company that would later grow into a venture that would bring me cash." After the premiere of covid and after the project is completed this primary source of income is taken away.

"I was as anxious as you are. I began posting photos of the journal entries I'd written. In the course which lasted over 100 days, I took the choice to share my journal entries with people from across the world via Instagram Stories. I thought "Hey I'm thinking that this could provide a good opportunity to join an online community. It's possible that people will join my world as an online club. This is how JoClub was born. JoClub was founded in just four years ago!"

After watching this Netflix series, Jo realized that journaling could be a lens that can be utilized to direct her eyes, allowing her to see the world. "It was not only to be a fun experience. After traveling for 2 days it's difficult to remain alert and not become exhausted. The work you do doesn't depend on your earnings.

"You already know that I'm contemplating the point of my existence truly is. It's how I earn my living. For me, it was obvious that if I give everything else I own to my kids, the next generation will be able to read my best work I've written. I decided to integrate my knowledge in my own daily life."

Her efforts don't stop with the motives behind her work.

Jo participated of the competition. "I posted three videos a week. I uploaded them in three languages. I was requested by a business to employ employees later allow employees to quit. I was instructed on how to design machines that would generate data."

The time was right to change the way I thought about things. "I wasn't living in my mindset of only to do tasks. If you're tired or depleted is a normal occurrence for creatives. If you're exhausted and tired then you're unable to earn a decent salary. If this was how I started my career, and how I plan to continue for the remainder of my life, I'll try to come up with methods to make sure that I'm never getting a chance to earn money."

Jo discovered that she was driven by the desire to create more than. Journaling was born after huge interest from Zoom: "The membership started by paying a month-long cost which was just $19, and it also included the annual Zoom conference live. In addition, I would post daily journal prompts to each mailbox."

JoClub online class

The idea was to provide similar experiences to yoga classes. The program consisted of two questions that were followed by an open discussion in conjunction with another prompt. It was which was followed by break-out spaces. "It was developed with the intention of focusing on IP (intellectual property)," she recalls. "After being absent for six months I began to think about ways I could assist facilitators to learn? In the event they are, will facilitators be capable of assisting JoClub with ways I had not thought of prior to? They'd love to "extract the best aspects of JoClub" and work with JoClub's facilitators. JoClub. JoClub members can choose to journal and take an active part in JoClub's "bring your own songs" Workshop specifically designed to musicians that are just starting their careers, as well as others that have similar activities.

"Now we're hosting every month, six events. We're hosting more events than I'd like to," she explains. "Beautiful things that I'd not considered starting prior to now like retreats, which I host and lead. In addition, I facilitated the pilot program in an institution, and am currently involved in a variety of issues. Another option to address the issue was to be a part of the Jo Franco circles. They were located on the top levels."

Integration into the cultural and social areas

"An intriguing feature of membership plans is that they assist in the development of an environment for society" she elaborates. "If you're an existing member and sign in to the membership you'll be able to enter the home of your choice. This means you are able to make your house your own style." Jo along with her colleagues found ways to design bright threads that will ensure "people can speak freely in public spaces to be certain that they're communicating their opinions."

"It's the distinction between individuals as well as the community at large," she adds. "An audience can respond to content that you've posted and there's no forum to discuss. If I upload video content on YouTube and another person responds to it, and I reply via forums, but not an online forum that I'm building, I'm an member of the community in case they are a member of the same community."

Jo is considering what to do when we are joined and what we'll do with new members. "How will we manage the individuals who arrive in this area but feel that they're not part of the community? It is now the opportunity to be aware of the nature of work being performed. There's a reason why those who aren't enthusiastic for the work they do tend to stay at a distance from a job for a prolonged duration of duration."

It's not an easy task. "It's vital to take pride of making certain that you have a membership increase because the market is constantly growing. If you're not aware of current changes and advancements and developments, you'll lose every membership that you've held."

It's clear that Jo loves working with people and the knowledge that she gained from her journal has been incorporated in the manner she manages her membership. Journals, as she tells us, can be great means of being more conscious of the decisions you make. Within the curriculum of schools, the educational curriculum lacks guidelines on these topics "We're without a method of controlling our feelings. This program can help to keep your cool even in the most difficult of times to maintain your cool. I was impressed by its benefits. It was an enjoyable pastime. As I grew older, I began to realize "Damn that I've been able to maintain my identity for a prolonged time. time""

You have tools to save yourself

A lot of people have inquired "Jo she's just 30 years older." old." young." young. It seems like an eternity ago when you were just that old? What you only did was write. The method worked." She smiles.
