Louise Cherry Barber: Danica I'm happy to let you know that you've been chosen as the Springie Award Winner for our quarter of 2023! What is your significance in getting this Springie Award here at ?
Danica Larsen:It is really satisfying to feel really comfortable to realize that I have include a substantial part of myself that is my distinctive personal style into my work routine. It was also satisfying to observe that those around me were aware of the fact that I was welcomed and appreciated by individuals who had a positive mindset, in addition to being aware that this wasn't only because of a particular number that I might have received praise and other jobs I've held However, it was because of my personal qualities and accomplishments that I've made outside of the one amount. It was really satisfying to be acknowledged as a person. It truly was moving.
Louise Cherry Barber: This is awe-inspiring and certainly deserves to be mentioned. Another thing that I am interested in is for you to talk about certain aspects which are in reality, what you've heard about. you first heard about it, particularly your participation in the benchmarking programme has been appreciated by certain individuals. Are you able to tell us further about it?
Danica LarsenYes you're right. I've poured in an enormous amount of work into this and I'm thrilled to be recognized. It was little surprised to find that the benchmarking initiative was among the items that was talked about that's since it's still in its initial days, you know; there's a lot work to be done. So I'm thrilled to see that the public is ecstatic about the initiative. It's a good thing because the initiative is bound to provide immense value. I'm hoping it will provide a great deal of benefits, not just for the company itself but, for our clients also as vendors. And we'll help by giving our clients tips on how to boost its future growth and in the same manner we've seen it work for the longer term as a viable idea. Thus, to see the announcement made in the beginning of like it was a huge excitement, since it indicates that other people have noticed its advantages too.
Louise Cherry Barber: Recently, we updated our values for the company to be unique, strive to know and be promptly. I'm curious about what you think of these new values.
Danica Larsen What they are doing is taking the correct way, but also knowing what"right" signifies. That means actually researching, delving into the problem, taking action quickly and making a decision. That's the way I do it. Every day I work... and when I look at the others of the Support Team of our Support Team can be said they're living by the values with our customers and with our customers every day. Louise Cherry Barber:What do you have to say for those from the other side ? Do you know one who wants to be a part of these principles? What ideas do you have for helping the dreamers realize their goals?
Danica Larsen It's just that I'm speaking from a personal perspective. Most important is to keep an eye on your surroundings whenever you are able to. In dealing with multiple accounts, the businesses selling, the customers, anyone that we're dealing with it's identifying their requirements and the motive of their desire that will determine what actions we should take as well as the manner in which we're expected to act. That's the "seeking comprehension" and it's not possible to do it without being aware. This is why I have a first tip is to pay attention to people who surround you.
