We understand the signing of an employment contract is a big step of faith for the employer and employee with the intention of building a meaningful, fulfilling future together.
As they are accepted into our staff members promise to commit a portion of their time and effort to the team, and work with dedication and passion in a myriad of tasks. But what's our promise to them?
In this article, we'll cover the reasons that drove our efforts in this area and our steps to create a beautiful and realistic document: Our commitment to present and future team members.
The Reason We Created A Proclamation To Our Team?
Writing our promises with black and white letters helps us remember what we stand for in relation to what truly is our most important asset: individuals in our current, and in our future. In professional settings, this type of promise is known as An Employer Value Proposition (or EVP).
We decided to share our commitment with present employees to remind them of what they can expect from us.
We also established that we'd use our statement to inspire and recruit new team members that would be perfect for our team.

You're proud to do your job. Our leaders won't hold your hand, but they'll be at your side when you ask for help.
The words that are derived from our statement should educate potential new joiners of our expectations and quirks as well as demonstrating our "personality" with the tone of our voice.
Now, we're aware that simply consuming our content can't give you the profound information you'd gain if you'd already collaborated with us for some time. Still, it will give you a better picture of what we're all about with regards to our work practices and the manner in which we deal with our customers.

What Did We Use to Write Our Pledge?
Writing our company's pledge involved the condensing of our entire culture into one word after filtering it through the lens of our team members.
For that for that, you'll need no resource as important like our present and former team members. That's where we started: from their inmost knowledge of the company and of what attracted them to us first in the first place.
We sent out an employee feedback questionnaire to gain insight into the most important things to Nians, asking our team members what they enjoyed the most about their experience at our company, what they believe sets us apart from other companies as well as other questions.
We went deep! We've also collected all reviews of our Glassdoor page.
From these two sources, we collected well over 1,000 comments. We went through each one at a time and carefully labeled each response to track how frequently various feedback coincided.
We particularly listened to any negative comments both because we're strong believers in constructive criticism, and also because the last thing we'd want is to have our employees be unhappy.
This review is among the ones that are the most touching to us.
Everyone (and I'm talking about everyone at the top of the heap down the line) is helpful, kind and positive. They are encouraging, optimistic, and among the very best in their field.
We offer a fantastic product and our employees are extremely proud of the unique contribution they have made.
We show our appreciation and appreciation to one another every day. It's possible due to the company knows how to recruit the best people. That can make all the difference to the world. I think that the team responsible for recruiting talent is one of the most effective in business.
Inclusivity. lives that, they don't just say it. I'm part of two groups that are routinely denied or rejected for jobs, but I've never felt anything but welcoming acceptance here.
In terms of compensation I'm not aware of my salary and I'm not able to provide an outline. However, I'm satisfied and I'm able to enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes unlimited PTO, health insurance, dental, vision, 401k match, remote expense budget as well as employee referral bonuses and many more. It encourages good work/life balance in actual practice, not just with the lip service.
After we got a clearer picture of what they loved most about working with us, we embarked on taking our commitment to the next step.
