We Take Support Very Seriously
We've used Intercom for support since we first started using it and are very pleased with it. Clients seem to prefer this over older, archaic software such as Zendesk. Some 2015 insights of Intercom are:
- 4255 Solved Tickets
- 780 Tickets in the the Last 90 days
- Median Time for First Reaction of 9 minutes
The most popular days of the week for tickets for support include Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Weekends generally being quieter than expected.
We are always striving to make our support better and in the coming year, we'll continue to work on increasing support staff and decrease median response times even further. Our support rating is still #1 worldwide according to reviews of hosting and every single week we face new unique situations and situations.
Quality support is a priority and it is impossible to get an answer such as "figure it out yourself", which seems to be the norm within the world of hosting. We've also been using the New Relic APM feature, which allows us to look at the back of the house to find the causes of performance problems and suggest ways to improve your WordPress websites.
