Very soon, hooray, another of John's Instagram followers, Nina, signs up to take the class! Nina is located in Germany which means that Johnhas to contribute German VAT.
CreativeMindClasses's automated pricing system does the math for everyone.
Final price break-down appears as follows:
- VAT for Germany = 19%
- Processing fee for Stripe payments -> 4%
- Student invoicing fee for digital services = 6percent
- CreativeMindClass Basic Packge fee = 8.8%
- John earns 63 percent of every course sold, hassle-free.
In the end: John earns 63 USD for each 100 USD classes sold through CreativeMindClass.
