What is CRO different in comparison to SaaS? (Interview with Growth Expert Frederic Linfjard) -

Apr 6, 2022

Are the conversion rate optimization tests for SaaS as well as other applications be any differently from the conventional A/B test used for Ecommerce?

Is it simply aiming to make customers select on"buy" or click on the "buy" selection (like the site for E-commerce)? What's the most crucial element of this?

I had a conversation with growth consultant (and the Director of Development at Planday) Frederic Linfjard and inquired about the thoughts he had on this question.

It's likely that CRO within SaaS will be higher than "red button or. blue button."

Here are some of the examples from our conversion

"Conversion rate optimization doesn't involve hitting the blue or red button. It's all about increasing the lifetime value of the customer."

"Traffic and traffic" are the two main areas that software companies concentrate on. The tests stop following the purchase or signing up to try the trial. They don't even know whether they're producing over the course of a month, or even if they're actually remaining?

"You are able to increase the revenue with similar numbers, by using the same amount of customers and by trying to retain customers. Most people don't think about this within software companies. ."
